1. Where is Ethan’s Closet Children’s Boutique & Little Feet Based?
Our office is located in Gonzales, Louisiana. We are 45 minutes away from the Crescent City, New Orleans.
2. Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes! We offer the following expedited shipping options:
*Ground Shipping - UPS
*3 Day Select - UPS
*2nd Day Air - UPS
*Next Day Air – UPS
3. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
4. How can I pay for my order?
Ethan’s Closet Children’s Boutique & Little Feet Online currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.
5. How long will it take me to get my order?
For standard shipping, your order will ship out between 48-72 hours on business days. Depending on where you live will determine when you will receive your package.
6. How can I check the status of my order?
We know you can’t wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you via email when your order ships. You can also see the current status of your order here.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. However, Exchanges can be initiated.
8. Can I exchange my order?
If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or similar product stains and/or odors will not be accepted, will be returned to sender, and subject to a shipping charge. Shoes without original box will not be accepted, will be returned to sender, and subject to a shipping charge.
9. How do I return a item?
All returns are accepted for exchange within 15 days of purchase. Please visit our returns page to initiate the exchange process.

Remember if you are returning an item that was on promotion or the order had a promotion associated with it, you may not receive the full refund if the remaining order you have kept does not still quality for that promotion.
10. When will I receive my refund?
We will process your return within 24 hours of receipt of your items. Once it has been processed we will send you an email confirmation.(Please check your junk folder.) Your store credit will be good for 3 months from the date of issuance.
11. What do I do if my order is damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition. Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order. You may contact our customer service team here or through our “help” button below.
12. I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team via phone or email, so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.
